Ann Haller Trimper is the firm's Litigation Coordinator.  She manages our personal injury files beginning with the initial interview through discovery and finally settlement or trial.   Ann graduated from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute in 1975 with an Associate Degree in the Legal Assistant Program and started working for Dempsey & Dempsey immediately after graduation.  She's been with the firm for almost 30 years.  In March of 1985, she earned her Professional Legal Secretary (PLS) certification from the National Association of Legal Professionals and in July of 2000, she passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE) sponsored by the National Federation of Paralegals making her one of only 32 Registered Paralegals (RP) in New York State.  She can be reached by telephone (716-885-8645).
