Mr. Dempsey is a graduate of Cornell University and received his J.D. from
the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA),
and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. He has been invited to give numerous lectures on Medical Malpractice to the New York State Bar Association,
Children's Hospital of Buffalo and Erie County Medical Center. After representing the insurance industry for 5 years, Mr. Dempsey founded Dempsey & Dempsey in
1975 with his wife, Helen. For the past 30 years he has represented and protected the rights of injured clients both in and out of the court room. Mr. Dempsey has
