Eileen Murphy, R.N. graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from
Niagara University, after which, she spent many years working as a registered nurse at Women's and Children's Hospital in Buffalo. She has been with Dempsey
& Dempsey for the last 7 years and is responsible for coordinating and obtaining medical records, researching medical information, communicating with experts and
assisting the attorneys as they prepare for depositions, court appearances and trial. She also meets with our clients to help them feel comfortable with the legal
