Kathleen Willard is a graduate of Mt. Mercy Academy and Bryant & Stratton Business Institute.  She began working at Dempsey & Dempsey in 1983 as a nursing staff secretary.  She now is one of the secretaries to attorneys, paralegals and nurses.  Her duties include obtaining medical records, typing medical chronologies, filing and general office work.  Kathy is a proud grandmother of 5.
